Wedding Management

Wedding Management is for the couple who has planned the wedding of their dreams and is now ready to enjoy it all. No worries. No stress. We have you covered!

Our team of experienced and professional Wedding Coordinators – your secret bridesmaids – are devoted to making your vision come to life. You can trust in knowing we bring the experience of a professional wedding planner and put the heart and care of a trusted bridesmaid into every detail.

I understand that executing the perfect wedding requires detailed knowledge of the desired look, feel, and flow. So instead of meeting one month out from your wedding day – like most of the others out there – you will have access to your dedicated Kristi Marie Events Coordinator from the moment you book with us. Your Coordinator will:

  • Review your plans (guest list and seating, vendors, design, all the details)
  • Create and manage your final checklist and timeline
  • Follow up with vendors and confirm the schedules
  • And answer any remaining planning questions you may have

Once your wedding day arrives, your secret bridesmaids take over and you live on of your most memorable experiences!

Virtual Wedding Planning

Planning your wedding should be enjoyable! It is your opportunity to bring all the ideas you have together into one fantastic experience for you and your guests. However, all too often we hear concerns from brides that they are not certain all the key planning details are covered. Things like:

  • How do I keep all this organized – my vendors, the schedule, my budget, and guest lists and seating?
