Hawaiian Wedding at Schnepf Farms

Mahina and Trent’s Hawaiian wedding at Schnepf Farms highlighted family traditions and culture, the love of friends and family, and an epic dance party. They have been together for 6 years and met on the club tennis team at Arizona State. Their love of tennis is an important part of their story. For the proposal Trent had the ring in a tennis ball. They also used tennis rackets to decorate their sweetheart table!

Mahina and Trent’s love of family and traditions was really important to them. They included lots of Hawaiian traditions in their ceremony and reception. Their Hawaiian wedding ceremony started with her brother blowing into the conch shell. Another sweet moment was grandmas serving as flower girls! Prior to the ceremony the couple exchanged private vows during their first look which was such a special moment. Mahina’s brother also gifted the couple drawings of deceased loved ones that were displayed for the ceremony.

After the ceremony, it was on to the reception! They had a fun introduction right into their first dance. Instead of cake, the couple had donuts which was a unique change of pace and we love the signage that went with all the different types of donuts! During the reception they also had traditional Hawaiian dancers dance and later they taught the wedding party some moves.

Mahina and Trent were on the dance floor having the time of the loves. You can just feel the fun through their photos!
